By using P2P Meseji you accept these terms. The app asks you to accept them the first time you open it.
Forbidden uses
It is forbidden to use the app to send or share:
illegal content of any kind;
child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises or exploits minors;
harassment, threats, hate speech or content that incites violence;
spam, scams or unsolicited mass messages;
content that infringes other people's rights, including their privacy and intellectual property.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your data, for what you send and for who you share your QR code with. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the app.
How we enforce these terms
P2P Meseji has no servers: messages are end-to-end encrypted and travel directly between devices, so Mendelatech cannot read, store or delete them. What you can do:
Block: deleting a contact blocks them, so they can't write to you or add you again unless you add them again.
Report: use "Report" in the chat menu, or write to mendelatech@proton.me. We review every report. When it involves child sexual abuse material or a risk to someone's safety, we report it to the competent authorities and to organisations such as the NCMEC or the INHOPE hotlines, and we cooperate with law enforcement as the law requires.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", free of charge and without warranties. Mendelatech is not liable for the content users exchange or for lost data: there are no backups, and uninstalling the app deletes everything.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.

Está prohibido usar la app para enviar o compartir:
contenido ilegal de cualquier tipo;
material de abuso sexual infantil (CSAM) o cualquier contenido que sexualice o explote a menores;
acoso, amenazas, discursos de odio o contenido que incite a la violencia;
spam, estafas o mensajes masivos no solicitados;
contenido que vulnere los derechos de otras personas, incluida su privacidad y su propiedad intelectual.

Eres responsable de tus datos, de lo que envías y de con quién compartes tu código QR. Debes tener al menos 13 años, o la edad mínima que exija tu país, para usar la app.
Cómo hacemos cumplir estas condiciones
P2P Meseji no tiene servidores: los mensajes están cifrados de extremo a extremo y viajan directamente entre dispositivos, así que Mendelatech no puede leerlos, guardarlos ni borrarlos. Lo que puedes hacer:
Bloquear: eliminar un contacto lo bloquea, de modo que no puede escribirte ni volver a añadirte salvo que tú lo añadas de nuevo.
Denunciar: usa «Denunciar» en el menú del chat o escribe a mendelatech@proton.me. Revisamos todas las denuncias. Cuando se trata de material de abuso sexual infantil o de un riesgo para la seguridad de alguien, lo comunicamos a las autoridades competentes y a organizaciones como el NCMEC o las líneas de INHOPE, y colaboramos con las fuerzas de seguridad según exija la ley.
Si alguien está en peligro inmediato, llama a los servicios de emergencia (112).
Sin garantía
La app se ofrece «tal cual», gratis y sin garantías. Mendelatech no responde del contenido que intercambian los usuarios ni de la pérdida de datos: no hay copias de seguridad y desinstalar la app lo borra todo.
Cambios
Si cambiamos estas condiciones, publicaremos la nueva versión en esta página con su fecha de actualización.
